Mitchell Walters is entering his fourth year as an Assistant Football Coach at Emory & Henry College. He moves into a full-time role working with the corners in the defensive backfield after serving last year as a volunteer defensive assistant. Walters will also coordinate the Wasps' special teams units.

Walters was a four-year member of the football team as an undergraduate but spent his final two seasons as a student-assistant coach after being sidelined by injury.

A four-time ODAC All-Academic Team selection and a charter member of the College's chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma, Walters graduated summa cum laude from E&H in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sport management and a Bachelor of Science degree in management.
