Emory & Henry Men's Golf - Senior Day

EMORY, Va. – In conjunction with the Old Dominion Athletic Conference office, the Emory & Henry College Department of Athletics wishes to honor seniors whose seasons were unexpectedly cut short this spring by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Our recognitions continue today with men's golf.

Luke Montalbano

Luke is a native of Rumford, Rhode Island and a graduate of St. Andrew's School. He has played on the men's golf team since the return of competitive golf to the College in the 2016-17 season, serving as captain for the past two years. Off the course, he has served as a radio commentator for Emory & Henry men's and women's basketball and has also served as the sports anchor for the College's student-produced news show EHC-TV. Additionally, Luke was a reporter for the College's newspaper – The Whitetopper and has handled the social media responsibilities for the men's and women's golf teams. He is a three-time member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Luke is a Mass Communications major and will attend Texas Tech University next fall to pursue a master's degree in Mass Communications with a focus in Sports Media.
