2019 All-ODAC Outdoor First Team: Shot Put

2020 Outdoor: Competed at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, winning the shot put (13.92m) and setting a new personal-best mark in the hammer throw (24.67m).

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in five meets across the indoor season ... Threw a personal-best 15.21 meters in the shot put at the VMI Indoor Classic and 13.10 meters in the weight throw at the Noke Elite Meet.

2019 Outdoor: The 2019 ODAC Champion in the shot put (14.55m) ... Named to the All-ODAC First Team ... Also finished seventh in the discus (37.53m) at the league championships.

2018-19 Indoor: Finished fourth at the 2019 ODAC Indoor Championships in the shot put (13.45m).

Emory & Henry: Also a member of the E&H football team.
