2022 Outdoor: Raced in five meets during the outdoor season ... Had a personal-best time of 41:39.34 at the Doc Jopson Invitational (Mar. 26) ... Ran a season-best time of 20:06.03 in the 5,000 meters at the EMU Track & Field Classic (Apr. 1) and an 11:24.28 in the flat 3,000 meters at the LR Outdoor Invitational (Apr. 23).

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5), posting a time of 20:32.86 in the 5,000 meters.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in all four meets of the season, running the 1,500 meters once and the 5,000 meters three times ... Posted a 5:15.75 in the 1,500 at the North River Invitational (Mar. 6) and had a season-best time of 19:04.32 in the 5,000 meters at the ODAC Championships.

2020-21 Indoor: Emory & Henry 'opted-out' of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in three meets during the indoor season ... Set his personal-best in the 800 meters (2:40.37) at the Noke Elite Meet.

2019 Outdoor: Finished 18th in the 5,000 meters at the ODAC Championships.

2018-19 Indoor: Anchored the Wasps' distance medley relay team which finished eighth at the ODAC Championships.

Emory & Henry: Also a member of the Wasps' cross country team.
