2023 Outdoor: Competed in all five meets … Set another program record in the 400 meters at the Doc Jopson Invitational (Mar. 25) with a time of 50.73 to finish sixth … Also set the program standard in the 200 meters at the LR Bears Open (Apr. 21-22) with a time of 22.67.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in all seven meets for the Wasps … Set his new personal-best in the 300 meters at the Bast Cregger Invitational (Dec. 9-10) with a time of 36.68 to finish fifth … Finished fourth in the 400 meters and sixth in the 200 meters at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (Jan. 15) … Set a new program record with a time of 52.07 in the 400 meters and also was part of the DMR team that also set a program best with a 11:02.21 at the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26).

2022 Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets ... Had a 200-meter time of :23.01 and ran a :50.83 in the 400 meters at the LR Outdoor Invitational (Apr. 23) ... Part of a 4x100 meter relay that went :44.51 at the Electric City Invitational (Apr. 16).

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... Had a :23.86 in the 200 meters at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational (Jan. 23) ... Ran a :53.22 in the 400 meters at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5) ... Posted times of 3:37.39 in the 4x400 meter relay and 11:37.38 in the DMR at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19).
