2021: Raced in all five events for the Wasps ... Ran his personal-best 5K time of 21:41 at the EMU Heritage Invitational (Sept. 3) ... Went a 25:14 at the Hornet Harrier Invitational (Sept. 25) ... Had his best 8K performance of the season at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 8) of 32:50.

2020*: Emory & Henry 'opted-out' of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Finished 96th at the ODAC Championship (Nov. 2), running a season-best time of 30:54 ... Got his career started at the Bridgewater Cross County Challenge (Aug. 30), competing the three-miler in 19:07 ... Finished 14th overall at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 28).

Emory & Henry: Also a member of the E&H track & field team.
