2024 Outdoor: Raced in four meets ... Finished 18th in the 10,000 meters (33:31.45) at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (May 1-2) ... Won the 10,000 at the Concord Invitational (Apr. 12) with a school-record time of 33:05.08 ... Also set a school record in the 5,000 meters (15:36.77) at the WildCat Invitational (Apr. 20) ... Ran a 4:07.86 in the 1,500 meters at the Phoenix Invitational (Mar. 22).

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets ... Placed 19th in the Mile at the South Atlantic Conference Championships with a school-record time of 4:29.75 ... Also part of the record-setting & ninth-place DMR (10:42.42) at the SAC meet ... Posted a 9:11.87 in the 3,000 meters at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 3) and a 16:08.83 in the 5,000 meters at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (Dec. 8-9).

2022 Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets ... went a 4:33.36 in the 1,500 meters at the EMU Track & Field Classic (Apr. 1) ... Also had an 800-meter time of 2:17.82 at the Doc Jopson Invitational (Mar. 26) ... Tallied a 16:29.71 in the 5,000 meters at the Lee Invitational (Mar. 19).

2021-22 Indoor: Raced in four meets during the indoor season ... Posted a time of 2:13.91 in the 800 meters at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational (Jan. 14-15) ... Went a 4:48.18 in the mile at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational (Feb. 3-5) ... Notched a 9:24.25 in the 3,000 meters at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19) ... Also went a 9:24.25 in the 3,000 meters and part of a DMR that stopped the watches in 11:37.38 at the DMR Invitational.
