Won the shot put at the Concord Invitational, WildCat Invitational and the Cole Piper Open ... Won the discus at the Concord Open.

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in seven indoor meets ... Finished 11th in the shot put (13.08m) at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 24-25) ... Was also 13th at the SAC meet in the weight throw at 13.51 meters ... Had a season-best mark of 14.85 meters in the shot at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (Dec. 8-9).

2023 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Set a personal best in the discus throw at the Doc Jopson Invitational (Mar. 25) with a distance of 41.19 meters to finish fourth … Took home medalist honors in the discus throw at the Battleground Relays (Apr. 1) and finished second in the shot put with a person-best distance of 13.46 meters.
