2021: Ran in three meets for the Wasps his senior year ... Posted a personal-best 5K time of 16:43 at the EMU Heritage Invitational (Sept. 3) to finish third ... Was the runner-up at the Hornet Harrier Invitational (Sept. 25) with a school-record 6K performance of 19:15 ... Also ran a 27:41 (57th) at the Converse Kick Off (DII/DIII Regional Preview) on Sept. 18 ... Named the ECAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Month for September.

2020*: Emory & Henry 'opted-out' of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: The 2019 ODAC Rookie of the Meet and an All-ODAC Second Team performer ... Burst onto the scene his junior year, setting the school record in the 8K at 25:49 at the ODAC Championships (Nov. 2) ... Finished 10th in the race as the top newcomer to earn ODAC Rookie of the Meet and All-ODAC Second Team honors ... Finished first in the Division III race at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 28) ... Established his personal best in a three-miler (16:33) to start the season at the Bridgewater Cross Country Challenge (Aug. 30).

Emory & Henry: A member of the E&H men's soccer team for the 2017 and 2018 seasons ... Also a member of the E&H track & field team.
