2023 Outdoor: Competed in four meets … Finished ninth in the 100-meter hurdles and fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Battleground Relays (Apr. 1) … Ran a personal best in the 400 meters at the LR Bears Open (Apr. 22) with a time of 1:03.01 to place tenth … Set the program record in the 400-meter hurdles at the SAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4) with her time of 1:07.29 to place her seventh.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in all seven meets during the indoor season … Finished fourth in the 400 meters at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (Jan. 15) … Set a personal best in the 200 meters at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 17-18) with a time of 29.35 to finish 12th.
